At Remedi we pride ourselves on delivering the most flexible and powerful patient engagement technology on the market. We are continuously innovating based on feedback from our customers across the world but also recognise that every customer is different.

Remedi’s professional services group has been formed to deliver bespoke features and customisations to the standard Remedi products to meet the unique requirements of every customer. They work closely with each customer to define, design, agree and deliver customer-specific features, in a clear and unambiguous process:

The Customer will be given a named contact who will coordinate the design and delivery of their solution. Professional Services can also deliver third party integrations as well as evaluating external tools and services (hardware and software) for supported use within standard Remedi products.

The approach to development is to, wherever possible, use and reuse existing standard features and functionalities to minimise cost and development time. Where custom development is required it will be done in a way that does not undermine your current support or ability to benefit from future product enhancements.

Our professional services team includes technical experts with extensive knowledge of the product and many customer implementations. They also have full access to all Product experts and Engineering Expertise within Remedi. Any custom solutions are supported by the Remedi Quality Program and are subject to separate warranties.

Design Expertise

At Remedi we want your implementation to be a success, so our experienced project design and management team works closely with all of your project stakeholders at all stages  – from technical architecture design, physical installation, setting up of services, integration with existing applications and system configuration through to system go-live.

Project Support

All aspects of the project will be designed to fit in with your existing infrastructure (technical and physical), service delivery methodology and operational ethos. As part of our meticulous pre-planning, we typically test all technology supplied by our partners before delivery to your site to minimise disruption so you can start delivering real ROI as soon as possible.

We have experience of successfully delivering successful projects and are happy to pass on the lessons that we, and our other customers, have learnt as to works best to further accelerate your project success.
